As a tenant, it is your responsibility to report any repairs required immediately to LASTRA Property group or to the landlord directly for non-managed properties (if the property is non-managed, the LASTRA property group would have provided you the landlord’s contact details when you first moved into the property).

So that the problem can be dealt with as quickly as possible, please provide the LASTRA property group with as much useful information as possible about the repair issue
Please attach a photo and/or video of the issue.
If applicable, please provide the appliance type, make and model.
It is most important that you include the full property address, including postcode, your full name and contact details at the top of the email.
Please inform LASTRA property group if you give authority for the property to be accessed without being present, or if you wish to be present when the works are being inspected/ carried out.
Please inform LASTRA property group if anyone in your household has any symptoms of coronavirus or if anyone is being tested for coronavirus.
For your information when you first moved into the property, LASTRA Property Group would have provided you a copy of the repairs handbook. Inside it, you will be able to find relevant information and what to do in the case of an emergency.
